Because our products are made too order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. 

It your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the item so we can review the problem.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Please contact us before returning any item. Items returned without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
